Privacy Policy

Last updated · 2026-05-24

This policy covers what data Hoodly collects when you request a site-intelligence report, how it's used, and how to remove it.

What we collect

When you submit a corner for a report, we collect:

We do not collect: your name, phone number, IP address persistently, or any browsing behaviour outside of the report request.

What we don't do

How your email is used

Your email is used to deliver the PDF report and, if you reply, to respond to your question. We may aggregate addresses to count "operators served" or similar high-level metrics, but never in a way that identifies individuals.

Third-party processors

To deliver the service, we use:

Each of these has its own privacy practices and processes data under standard data-processing agreements.

Data retention

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Email frank@feepfoop.com with the request. We typically respond within a few business days.

Cookies

Hoodly does not set cookies. The map and report-generation function use only short-lived in-memory state.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies, fingerprinting, or persistent identifiers. It records anonymous page-view counts only.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, the "Last updated" date above will change. For substantive changes (new processors, new data categories) we'll note them in a banner on the homepage for at least 30 days.
