Each report is an analytical summary of public data signals around a Toronto address. It is not:

Reports synthesize public and partner data. Hoodly does its best to keep this data current but makes no warranty as to its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Specifically:
Each report is a one-time purchase of CAD $15. Pricing is shown in the panel before checkout and on the Stripe-hosted payment page. Payment is processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details.
If something in the report doesn't look right — wrong corner, missing context, data clearly out of date — email frank@feepfoop.com and we'll re-run the report for the same corner (or a nearby one if you mis-pinned), free of charge. We'd rather get the report right than process a refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoodly and Wannanap Labs are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on a report. Our total liability for any claim related to Hoodly is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be brought in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
If we change these terms, the "Last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be noted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
